Cornelius was in his lab, working away on Carl, with the frogs acting as assistants since Carl was down. It was what he did- he kept moving forward. He'd moved the whole planet forward. Robinson Industries was at the top of its game, and Cornelius loved it. Utter freedom to invent, to make anything. He lifted a power wrench, and... that was louder than usual. He jolted, realizing it wasn't the wrench, and went to look out the walls- his lab had walls of glass. An announcement was heard, all around his world.
Greetings, pathetic life forms. Your planet is now my planet. Some of you will die, and the rest of you will WISH you were dead. But I require entertainment, so I will take some people off your planet to transfer them to my location. Do not be jealous of them, they probably won't fare too well here either.
...I should be with my family, he thought, rushing toward his lab door, but slipping and hitting his head on the knob.
And then it all went white, before he found himself deposited into an entirely unfamiliar place.
