A pale, skinny man with shaggy black hair, green eyes, a long goatee and glasses; very much a bohemian. In life, he was called River. Because of his time out of Purgatory, outside of his reality bending powers, he is becoming effectively human.

Powers :

Write Prose (5 PP) - Can affect the area with written/spoken rhyme. However, if the rhyme is broken, so is the spell/effect. -Diligent Preparations - Diligence can use his prose to reduce damage taken by an ally to .75x, at the cost of applying a penalty to their dodging. -Diligent Charm- Through force of personality and strong suggestion via writing, Diligence may cause his enemy to be charmed. Ghost Abilities (5 PP) - As he is a ghost, Diligence has access to a number of abilities. However, he must occasionally visit Purgatory to maintain these, otherwise they will weaken and be lost altogether. -Agile Flight - Grants an extra attack. -Intangibility - Can use an extra coin for dodging when active. However, this is disabled when insane. Diligence also cannot use his speed or attack while this ability is in use.

Abilities :

Sensual Charm - Diligence has a very charming, sensual air about him that gives him bonuses to those attracted to men. Charisma-based negotiations are given a 1.5x multiplier, but forceful negotiations are given a .75x multiplier. Telekinesis (Scarf only) - Diligence's ambulatory scarf can allow him to attack even when he would otherwise be stunned or paralyzed; he gains an extra dodge coin against stunning or paralysis attacks that is always present. This ability is disabled if Diligence is driven insane or confused, or if his scarf's powers are somehow disabled.
